With each change in our lives, there is a loss. Sometimes it’s a small loss. Other times, it’s an earthquake event. How we navigate our way in – and through – these losses will determine whether or not we will merely survive or go on to live a fulfilling life.

The grief that accompanies loss can be paralyzing. If you've been experiencing sadness, anxiety, anger, resentment or any other negative emotion for a prolonged period of time, it may be a grief response to a loss in your life and you might benefit from grief counseling.
